There is No Planet B!

Over 95% of our work undertaken is completed by hand to ensure low impact on the soil profile within the vineyard. Minimal sprays are put on the vineyard when necessary.

The winery space we use to produce our wines is powered by solar and uses rainwater to ensure our impact on the environment is minimal.

We are working towards the use of 100% recycled bottles, bottle caps, boxes and labels. Our postage boxes are 100% recyclable and we use 100% biodegradable bio-fill to post your wines.

Solum’s vision is to first become 100% carbon neutral with an eye to being carbon negative as soon as possible. The fact we are a small producer may prolong the process but we will be striving on a daily basis to work toward these goals.
