BALNARRING, MORNINGTON PENINSULA

WINEMAKER: Ryan Horaczko

Blend of two vineyard sites, handpicked, wild fermentation, on skins for 16 days, French oak maturation for 11 months(18% new).

This wine is made with minimal intervention, all movement of wine is slow and gentle using traditional wine making techniques.

The nose is lifted with dried herbs, blueberries and mocha. The palate is rich and dense and earth driven, showing flavours of mushroom, game meat, roasted almonds and dark blue fruits. The finish is long with fine tannins and a savory edge.

Grown on Boon Wurrung country.
