100% Shiraz. Single vineyard, organically farmed site, handpicked, whole bunch pressed, wild barrel fermentation, full malolactic fermentation, french oak maturation for 6 months.

 

This wine is made with minimal intervention, all movement of wine is slow and gentle using traditional wine making techniques.

 

Nuances of rose petal, fennel and strawberries on the nose. The palate is medium weight with exquisite texture and subtle tannins from barrel fermentation. The finish is soft and long with lingering acid drive.

 

Grown on Dja DJa Wurrung country.

 

Our label was created to encapture our vision of producing wines with respect to the land. The image depicts the sun, rolling landscapes, hills, soil, vine root system and water as we strive to make wines that speak of place.
