RED HILL, MORNINGTON PENINSULA

WINEMAKER: Ryan Horaczko

Single vineyard, handpicked, wild fermentation, on skins for 14 days, French oak maturation for 11 months(18% new)

This wine is made with minimal intervention, all movement of wine is slow and gentle using traditional wine making techniques.

The nose is lifted with fresh cherries, rose petals and exotic spices. The palate is medium weighted with a layered complexity showing rich flavours of umami, blood plums and dark cherries. The finish is long with soft tannins and a more-ish feeling
