Single vineyard, organically farmed site, handpicked, wild fermentation, on skins for 14 days, french oak maturation for 14 months.
This wine is made with minimal intervention, all movement of wine is slow and gentle using traditional wine making techniques.
Nuances of blackberry and fennel seed on the nose. The palate is medium weight with pronounced flavours of sichuan pepper and blueberries that makes for a long and elegant finish.
Grown on Dja Dja Wurrung country.
